Terms and Conditions

  I pride myself in offering high quality personalized artwork to your complete satisfaction, turning photos into art for my customers. I understand that personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, but I am confident that you will be fully satisfied or I will give your money back!

Returns:

As long as I hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original delivery date, I will refund you for the amount paid for the returned item, minus any shipping charges. Those shipping charges are not refundable if an order is returned.

Cancellations:

If your artwork has not been shipped, and you don't want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact me at your earliest convenience. I will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Damaged Items:

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me, and I will be happy to replace your damaged artwork. I need you to provide photos of the damage so that  I can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.
  • I reserve the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.
  • If a photo is blurry, I will let you know right away. If you would like me to try anyway, I can continue if you waive your right to a full refund. Instead of a refund, I can offer you an in-store credit in this case.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund, they expire 60 days after purchase
